I bought a bracelet on here and it broke within the first 2 weeks - it was the tennis bracelet, they sent me a refund with store credit and i bought the bangle instead and that broke off again 2 weeks after i do not reccomend

Part of my order was missing and although you were quick to respond to the problem, due to circumstances beyond my control, I didn't see the reply email for a couple of days. You then closed the the case and I've heard nothing more about it, even though I've sent multiple emails.

It’s been over 4 weeks and my order still hasn’t arrived. Emailed customer services three times and still no response. Please check reviews before ordering from this company, because lots of customers are saying the same. I will not be ordering from here again.

Goods have still not arrived - paid for a personalized necklace over 2 months ago - apparently lost twice and Abbott Lyon do not care that I needed this for my daughters birthday in 2 days time

shocking customer service, 2 weeks on and 21st birthday gift not delivered two weeks on and despite emailing, and raising customer feedback and help messages - gifts for a 21st birthday have not been delivered - really let down by this company. Abbott Lyon, you need to raise your game and get orders to your customers. Date of experience: 01 November 2024

Purchased a gift for my wife with speedy delivery but the item was delayed and we had left the rental cottage by the time delivery was made. My wife therefore didn’t get her gift on time. No explanation as to why the package was delayed and still not received the package as had to go home.

I had ordered a few items and liked it. It’s not expensive jewellery but not cheap either. I ordered a ring that came and was huge and looked more grey metal than silver like my other pieces looked cheap. After wearing for a few hours I noticed it became loose on my finger and was rotated on my finger (the ring was a push to fit any size not a closed ring) I tightened it again and a few days later wore it again and same thing happened became loose and nearly slid of my finger the whole ring was opening and closing so easy I have had the ring 2 weeks and for a week of that I was on holiday and hadn’t even took out the box I wore 2 times and now won’t wear as just opens and don’t want it to be lost. I emailed in to explain was asked for a video or photo which I took but said hard to record to show as with bit wear it loosens up but can see how easy and loosely it opens and closes no force I was again asked for my pictures. They then said I could return the ring for a store credit I emailed back saying I didn’t want a store credit I paid money on my card for an item which is faulty so I want to send back for a refund I didn’t receive a reply from there so said to forget it will be the last piece I buy even though I had Xmas gifts I would of bought in the next month. So for the price there is better quality jewellery out there then this company who only offer store credit so you have to shop again when am item is faulty. I wouldn’t shop here for the quality but mainly how the customer service dealt with my issue

Absolutely dreadful. I ordered a bracelet and each time was sent the incorrect one . 4th bracelet later which I received yesterday was still wrong . The customer service is a complete joke . The people in dispatch must be clowns . From one angry customer!

I am very sad to report that I am disappointed with my purchase. The quality is great, no problem there. I ordered a double initial necklace - H & J - and unfortunately you can't see the J at all, it looks like an H with a small dot on the bottom. Since it's a personalized item they won't accept a return, which I understand. But I can't imagine while making this piece that they didn't realize that not being able to see one of the letters on a double letter necklace would be of concern to the buyer. I would have much preferred someone reach out and show me what they anticipated it would look like and give me the option of another piece or a refund before it was made rather than spend so much money on something that isn't what I hoped it would be. It was a gift to my daughter who is a double namer, and sadly, it doesn't represent her name at all. When we reached out, they basically said "sorry, no refunds it's a personalized item." Which again, I understand. But I wish they would have taken customer service just a little more seriously and reached out when they realized the second letter was not going to be able to be seen. Just seems like a small step that could have gone a long way towards customer satisfaction.

I wore my bracelet less than 3 times and lost two inintials out of 3 on the charms . I complained and was given a code to use on the website and it didn’t not work .. will not buy again and will not recommend it either I see a lot of friends and family following you and I will let them know so they don’t order the same bracelet..

You have obviosly not read the review ? Even though the earing may look nice the weight of them suggests they are NOT full 100% silver, these are far to light.

Horrible expereince getting my jewelery delivered. Waited two weeks and two key products (a bundle of earings) were missing from the box. They arranged for a replacement but still haven't receieved anything. Waste of my time and money.

Great customer service - sent out a replacement item however, both items I’ve ordered have tarnished and now the stone in replacement item has fallen out. They say their products don’t tarnish - they do!

Angle braclet lost a stone only after 2 days. When contacted company would only offer credit note for the braclet missing the stone. This was bought as a bundle to wear together so the other braclet was of no use. Had to fight for ages for my money back. Not acceptable for the price paid. Customer service awful.
