Very disappointed, ordered two bracelets which I liked and wanted to add to my collection. When the 2 for 1 offer came up again, I bought a pair of huggie earings and somehow the 2 for 1 discount code couldn't be used. I also paid for next day delivery, it's been 5 days now and I still don't have them. They won't honour the free second pair of earings either. You also can't return the earings, so i can't just return them to claim my free pair either. Wouksnf buy from this company again, be very wary of their "offers".

5+ weeks and no product, only obscure tracking numbers for unknown delivery services and platitudes from customer service that equate to no action. Therefore, a waste financially and no product to review. Another case of an Instagram based retailer growing without appropriate resource management and the customer holding the (empty) bag in the end. Looks like a credit card dispute will be the resolution. Who knows what the actual product is like?

Lovely bracelet but not delivered by the date promised when ordered. It was nearly 2 weeks later and missed my daughter’s 18th birthday. Very disappointing.

I paid extra for this premium personalised gift box for two purchases and was not sent this. I contacted abbot Lyon who apologised and sent a replacement out to me which I was happy about. The replacement arrived and again this was not the premium personalised box but a normal one. I will not be ordering again.

I never received my order despite AL telling me multiple times there was a delay and I would receive it. I asked for a refund, AL refused so I raised a dispute with my bank and successfully receiving a refund from them. Subsequent to this AL have emailed me to say my package is lost and it I still want it. It was my first time ordering with AL and I doubt I would order again.

If I could leave a zero star review I would. I ordered a number of items over a month ago. The parcel tracking states that it was never shipped and Abbott Lyon confirmed that it was ‘lost’. Numerous emails have been sent asking for my money to be refunded. I received a couple of responses that required confirmation. I.e please email us if you would like us to process the refund. It has now been a week of no response. I have sent daily chases begging for a response. In the current climate the audacity to keep a customers hard earned money is quite frankly disgusting. I am at a dead end of how to proceed. There is no way to speak with the company, no contact number and no one responds to emails. Please please be careful when dealing with this company. Their social media presence suggests they are reputable however, the experience I am currently navigating is not something I have ever experienced with any other ‘reputable’ retailer in the past

I wish I can give them zero star this Company and customer service they are not helpful at all. I just ordered two things from them. I didn’t receive just one and I keep sending them emails emails and nobody response and nobody call me back and nobody even give me my money back for full refund. This is terrible company with customer service I don’t know why they don’t have like phone number to call them back. They have just email I just keep sent them and nobody response. I’m not gonna order any more from them but company bad customer service. I lost my money with this Cheap company. Shame on you.

Disgraceful company. Placed an order with the incentive of receiving a bracelet if I spent over a certain amount. When my order was recieved two items were missing one of them being the complimentary bracelet. They are now saying they have none left so they have just cancelled it from my order and I will not benefit from the offer. I have asked to cancel my order in that case and I’ll send everything back but they said it’s against there terms and conditions to change or cancel an order - funny that considering it’s exactly what they have done! I have been conned into placing an order basically. I’m sure that’s against the law. I still haven’t even received the other item I paid for. Will be taking the matter to trading standards out of principal.

Unfortunately, my review is not for the product itself, but for the courier service that Abbott Lyon uses. It's crucial to choose a reliable delivery partner, and in this case, the experience has been disappointing. My shipment arrived in Greece (an EU country), but I have yet to receive any feedback or delivery information. On September 18th, I requested details on Abbott Lyon's non-delivery policy, but as of now, I have not received a response or any update regarding my package.

AVOID!!!! They don’t send out your orders! I have been waiting 6 weeks for my orders which were for my mums 50th and my nans 70th! Ignoring all my emails and haven’t sent me my items do not order from them!!! Annoys me as they can send influencers thousands of pounds worth of jewellery but couldn’t send or help me with my order! Worst customer service I have ever recieved and I will never order from them again! Honestly do not order from them! They are a scam company I think which only send out half the orders and pocket the other half of the money awful company

AL2056717 Ordered a gift for my wife for her birthday, I noticed immedialty that on the necklace I had put charm 1 as L and charm 2 as E when infact it needed to be the other way around as Charm 1 should be E for our eldest child and charm 2 L for our youngest. I noticed straight away and contacted customer service to ask if we could cancel the order or just amend it. I was emailed back to say it can not be cancelled as it’s gone to production which is fair enough, however as the item isn’t going to be delivered until 10-12 days I asked if we could just simply tell the production team I need the letters the other way around. In my opinion this isn’t a hard fix I am not asking for new charms or new products just simply change charm 1 &2 around. I have sent countless emails and no one has gotten back to me, it’s almost as if they can not be bothered to make the amendment. I am absolutely gutted I have to just wait for the incorrect item to come and as it is custom just accept it :(. I know it was an error my end but I notified Abott less than 2 hours after the order was made surely this change can just be done. Saved up most of the year to get my wife this gift for her birthday as she loves Abbott Lyon stuff but I feel really let down and undervalued now. I don’t think I was asking a lot Sam DEANS

While, Abbott Lyon offers stunning, high-quality jewellery, their customer service leaves much to be desired. I've reached out to their support team multiple times, only to be met with unresponsiveness and frustration. It’s truly disappointing, as a brand that prides itself on being luxurious, should excel in how it treats its customers. A luxury experience is more than just the product; it’s also about how customers are supported, especially when issues arise. Unfortunately, Abbott Lyon seems to miss the mark here.

I would give no stars if I could. I ordered items on 15/8 for my friend’s big birthday on the 29/8. Website said delivery is 4-7 days. I didn’t receive a confirmation email but emailed them after 7 days. They said they couldn’t find my order notwithstanding me giving them all the details (email, billing address etc) 2 days later, they then asked for me to repeat all my details which I did and sent a screenshot of order being debited from my account. When they eventually found my order on 27/08, they said the jewellery was out of stock! I immediately asked for a refund which they haven’t replied to. It’s my friend’s birthday today and I’ve no jewellery and down the money! Bad bad service!!! Will never ever order from Abbott Lyon again and would suggest others don’t.
