Love the jewelry unfortunately my order was delivered to the wrong address which is down to Evri, the order went missing. It took over 3 weeks for a replacement to arrive, which was even of no use to me. I have returned the order and I'm still awaiting a credit. The original order was ordered on the 15th November. This has really put me off ordering anything else from your company

I received the wrong item. Glad i opened it to check before I wrapped it as a christmas present. I then got the wrong information from customer service. Shipping took longer than expected so will not be resolved in time for christmas. Even though it's not my fault I was sent the wrong thing

Ordered a personalised necklace that was engraved with my children's names. The engraving cut off the first and last letter of the engraving. They sent it to me regardless. I was really upset when it got here. I emailed them Thursday evening to say I wanted a refund to return the faulty product. They emailed me back Friday to offer me a £47 gift card to spend in store. I declined this and asked to return the products for a refund as they were faulty. They sent me a return label for the 2 chains I had and said I couldn't return the personalised piece. When I asked to clarify if they will give me a full refund they haven't got back to me and it's been 2 days. Currently at Monday evening and still no resolution. So product was faulty and still sent out customer service has been really poorly. Chasing them as we speak.

I’m in the process of requesting a refund. I ordered a fingerprint necklace on 09/11/2024 and failed to receive the fingerprint kit needed to complete the custom order, twice. The staff are lovely to deal with but now I keep getting emails enquiring about if I’m happy with the item I never actually got to receive. Which is extremely frustrating to say the least. On the run up to Christmas I’m down a present and out of pocket until my refund comes through.

I’m actually very disappointed, after purchasing my first ever gold watch it seems to have given me tarnish stains and a little rash! Wasn’t a cheep watch ither :(

I will never buy again from this company. Customer service non existent. Insurance rested a customised piece of jewellery for my daughter for her 16th birthday. I received it yesterday - 20 days after ordering. I missed her birthday which was 5 days ago. Customer service never got back to me despite 3 separate attempts to ask them to deal. Never again.

Can't get a hold of customer service. I ordered a name necklace which appears to be stamped out of the metal on the wrong side. The shiny side is on the back and the dull side is on the front. Would just like it replaced but I can't get customer service.

Ordered a ladies watch which never arrived. I chased them up to which they said it had been dispatched. Checked tracking no and it is with courier on 29th November and has not moved! Was told today (5th December)it would be delivered on 3rd December. Still not arrived. Totally disgusted!!

The bracelet I ordered for my daughter is almost a week late ? Ordered 3 weeks ago ! I’ve emailed and been told would be here by tomorrow then told it will be despatched in 24 hrs then told it’s delayed !! This is a 30 th birthday gift for my daughter and it won’t be here for her birthday I’m so disappointed with the service . No one to talk to ever on the chat just a robot ! And no phone number just an email saying sorry there is a delay ! I’m fuming ! Very poor customer service

Order extra inital letter pendant to go with the necklace and heart charm pendant i already have. However the letter came with a smaller loop than shown online and also smaller than the heart pendant resulting in the new letter not sitting nicely with the heart. I contacted customer service whom advise I got send it back for a exchange which would be the same as online. The new one has come and it is exactly the same as the one I first got. It's a shame as I love the necklace with the letter and heart charms but the new letter does not sit correctly, it's a shame you can't buy add on letters which are the same as the original ones ordered a couple of months ago.
