My original order was damaged and returned to sender, they onky notified me when I chased but theyd known for days Asked for a replacement order and they sent the wrong item Customer service is shocking had to explain everything at least twice

Bought an item on a promotion of receiving a free intial bracelet. Only my necklace came in, didn't receive the bracelet... very disappointed

I will not be using Abbott Lyon again. I got in touch because the clasp on the bangle I purchased in November 2024 was not working properly - it kept coming undone. None of the Customer Service representatives were helpful as they kept telling me they needed a photo. What use would a photo be as it does not prove the clasp is not working?????? I told them I was unable to upload a photo and asked why this would be any use. I told them this approximately 4/5 times - no help. Then I got email telling me they needed a video of the clasp. As I am unable to upload a photo there is not much chance of me uploading a video. I suspect they only asked for this as I had informed them a photo would be useless anyway. Lots of emails back and forth but nobody wanting to help UNTIL I GOT AN EMAIL FROM SAM. Sam was extremely helpful and arranged for me to get a replacement bracelet. I notice on receipt of the new bracelet that they have now changed the type of clasp since I bought the one in November. Thank you very much for your assistance Sam but I am afraid that the previous dealings (before you rescued me) have put me off Abbot Lyon. Your leaflets say how much you care and how they know "I will fall in love" with purchases. This is obviously not my experience. I got emails from several of Abbott Lyon representatives so its not just that I was unlucky - I was EXTREMELY unlucky. Thanks again Sam for saving the day for me but if you had not been working on that particular day then I suspect I would have got nowhere - which is why I will not be using Abbott Lyon again. Customer Service is very lacking - even though they want you to believe you are very important to them.

Unfortunately I’m not satisfied with the bracelet that I recently bought for my girlfriend. I gave it to her as a birthday present at the weekend and she wore it for the first time on Monday. As she went to take it off on Monday evening it had left a green stain all over her wrist. These marks were still there on the Tuesday morning, despite attempting to wash them off in the shower. How do I go about replacing this item?

Was sent a beautiful bracelet however the packaging was dirty, marked with stains and grease marks. Asked three times to be sent new packaging. Received a replacement that didn’t actually contain all the packaging. Have given up asking. Dreadful customer service.

I don't ever write reviews. I have ordered from this company multiple times for personalized jewelry gifts. I ordered in June 2025 and had to pay TARIFFS from UPS. If you are ordering from inside of the USA you WILL have to pay UPS before delivery. If you are ordering from here for a gift, it is a disappointment because you either have to find something else or pay double. My anklets were $140 and I had to pay $150 in tariff fees before delivery. This was NOT a scam, I paid directly to UPS. Buyer BEWARE, because the seller doesn't tell you that it is being shipped from the UK.

So after the first bag arriving that I paid £6 for being absolutely trashed, I then spoke to someone to be then sent out another bag the completely wrong size. I then requested another bag which was sent out again, to be another totally wrong one. No apolgy or anything.

The earrings I received (2 pairs) all the closure fittings were loose fitting and one of them wouldn’t lock in at all. I was first told I couldn’t send them back, then was told after video evidence I sent that I would be offered a credit for the pair that had one that would not close. I messaged and said I wasn’t wanting a credit and asked for a refund. I was eventually offered that but am still stuck with a pair with loose closures that I could easily lose. Not happy having spent £100. Will not be buying again from this company.

The customer service has been very poor. I ordered a watch weeks ago and still have not received it. It was a birthday present and I had to go get another present. I reached out to the company multiple times and would receive multiple tracking numbers and different carriers. I do not know is any are actually legit. I asked them to refund my money and I got told "if" there are custom fees added they would waiver those. I was under the impression the watch was coming from the United States. At this point I would have hoped someone would have at least apologized and refunded me. Very poor customer service and I do not believe this company is legitimate. Please beware.

I have been a customer for many years and purchased numerous items, as has my daughter on my recommendation . Recently I had to contact them regarding a faulty item. Sadly I found their customers service to be very slow and very poor. Unfortunately this has put me off purchasing anything in the future.

Abbott Lyon continue to sell their crystal heart bangles in spite of the fact they are aware there is a structural deficiency in the clasp. Multiple customers have been impacted by this issue without a product recall.

This is the second issue I have had with your company I would suggest your change your courier I think someone is stealing your products and saying they are lost in transit.
