Still not received my order, evri is very poor at updating me with any information. It’s currently 4 days late

On the day I was suppose to gift my sisters the boxes I received were from an empty! How is that even possible! All I got back from customer service is we will re send them so wait until mid December now like are you kidding me talk about good customer service! I’m sure mine is a rare issue or so I hope but be mindful.

The stone fell out of the ring then I ordered another one and it happened again. Refunded me credit but then would not work with the discount on offer. So I asked for a refund which was not offered initially.

Sent the wrong product and then felt bombarded with emails to arrange the response - 4 emails in 48 hours - stating they hadn’t heard a response, that they needed more info and then that they were closing the case despite me having less than 2 working days to action their request!

Ordered 2 items with stones in and both fell out within a day or so. Poor quality products, also the chat live is terrible! I was still on there for 40 minutes with no resolution. Save your money and purchase from another retailer. They gave me £35 back for a faulty ring which I will never wear again!

Ordered 30th birthday presents for my friend and was prepared to wait the 10-15 day period for this to be delivered. After 15 days had passed I asked for an update on the order, I was advised there was a slight delay and that it would be posted in 24 hours and I didn't have an update to get back in touch. 24 hours had passed and no update so I got in touch again and they said again to wait another 24 hours. Another 24 hours has passed and I receive an email to inform me that my order was never processed in the beginning and that I would have to wait again another 10-15 days!!! I don't understand how the order was never processed in the begining when I was getting updates via email on the status of the order moving along and the payment was taken from my bank straight away in the beginning. For the inconvenience they refunded me "£13.95" which is an absolute joke when the order was £90. Will never be ordering from here again

Extremely upsetting returns experience. Eventually offered a refund and a voucher as compensation for the bad experience. Neither arrived. When I chased this up I was at first told even though they had my returned product I was not cleared for refund and would also not be receiving the voucher. I have now been promised refund but no voucher.

I'm a first time buyer ordered tennis bracelet an initial chain for my daughter de bracelet arrived in a broken box when I opened it was worse in side it was broken diamond missing it actually looked like something from a lucky bag so cheap looking not worth a fiver

Purchased chains and charms for my daughters. Delivery was quick and the items were well wrapped. Only issue was, I wanted to look at these before I gifted them and had to remove the tissue paper and would have been nice to give these with this on. The sphere chain and engraved charms are lovely. I purchased the Heart Figaro Chain witht the engraved initial charm. This chain is cheap and nasty looking and looks nothing like online. You add the charm by opening one of the links. In the picture this sits lovely but this link then hangs down with hung from the neck. I would not by from your company again.

Not worth the price, even with a discount. The heart was also missing from the box. Customer service did offer to send the heart out, however I will be returning.

I made an effort to withdraw my investment but failed, causing me to doubt the platform's trustworthiness since they kept asking for additional funds. Thankfully, I found positive feedback about lilo grace 75 @ .com whatsapp ( 6 1 5 )-414-15-6 2 which assisted me in recovering my investment.

Very poor quality, did not look like picture , first one received was dented then replacement snapped straight away when putting on, looks and feels cheap quality, very disappointed and certainly not worth the money

First order arrived with one item missing .. disappointing that there is no phone number for customer service so you can’t actually speak to a human . Then I was asked to send a photo of the missing item ?? Not sure how that can help ? Sorted eventually but has put me off
