Ordered 2 necklaces for my wife’s birthday it stated 4-5 day delivery , which should have arrived today . To be told via the live chat it won’t be with me until end of next week her birthday is Wednesday , the response was if you want to cancell the order you can , I want the order . Now I have nothing to give and we’re going away tomorrow. Thankyou for your customer service. First and last time ordering. Very unprofessional.

Obscene wait times, unhelpful automated customer service. Dreadful company. Orders progress through 5 stages before sent, each progression notifies you with an email. My order has gone backwards multiple times! Been left in the "Ready to deliver stage" for a week. Missed the birthday of whom the gift was for. Can't speak to a human. Still no news on delivery. No specific updates on order just "It will come when it comes" attitude

Item faulty unable to help as it was a gift Regardless it’s a item that they produce Such a shame it wasn’t cheap Unable to wear as clasp is rubbish keeps falling off I wouldn’t recommend the heart bracelet Try another item or buy from another company

The customer service were helpful and delivery was not quick, but within the timescale given for a personalised item. The personalised bracelet broke on the first day of wearing (detached next to one of the letters) so a replacement was sent. This lost two of the 'diamonds' within a fortnight. I was hugely disappointed as it had been a special gift for my 16 year old. I would add photos but it would show my daughters name.

Do not buy, awful customer service. False advertisement of what you have actually ordered. I thought I was buying the kisses necklace but no where did it tell me you have to add each x as a charm and even know the necklaces were only in production stage they said I could not add and pay for the extra charms. Shocking!! Paid £120 for this. Still have not received the necklace’s.

I purchased a clover leaf personalised bracelet, after only wearing it a couple of times the link between the initials broke. Customer service were amazing and gave me a code to purchase another item. I chose to buy the same bracelet thinking it wouldn't happen again and now the chain that tightens the bracelet up has broken. To say I'm disappointed is an understating.

I ordered a name necklace..Tina.... but when arrived dint look anytime Tina.. t was a f and no I.. just a blob but apparently thats acceptable from Abbott lyon. no refund available.. but can't see this on the border or warranty information.. BE VERY CAREFUL IF ORDERING A NAME.. YOU MAY LOOSE £80 PLUS ..

Shocking customer service and products. Do not order from this company!!!! Products that you see online are not the same quality and style you receive. When trying to resolve with customer service all they care about is what they can't refund IE: Personalised gift bag even though the colour and style I ordered was completely different to what I was sent and shown in my order confirmation email. Also a birth stone heart pendant came showing the screw through it, AGAIN this wasn't shown like this on their website and when pointing this out to customer service they just ignored my comment. At this point I gave up going backwards and forth with customer service and settled for a refund minus £8.49 as they refused to refund gift bag and charged me for returning items!!!!!

Over £230 I spent on this jewellery they still haven’t fulfilled my order I have never had any problems with ordering online before untill this s¥*t show of a company please please think twice before ordering or spend that much more money and buy real gold. They use famous faces to promote their products and I bet they don’t have problems getting their orders. I feel so silly that I was taken in by the hype and insta lesson learned tho.
