“following my email to Abbot Lyon about a watch that had not been delivered, they took total ownership, reaching out to the courier. when it was confirmed the watch had been lost in transit they organised an immediate replacement. When I told them it was for my daughters 18th they then expedited the shipping and we have had confirmation that it should be delivered within 48 hours (in time for her bday) excellent customer service, going over and above. Would definitely recommend and will now always be first on my list for any future purchases.”

“I believe you guys did a good job by dispatching my order on time and I appreciate the swiftness, however, i have not recieved my order till date. The delivery service (Evri) have me very disaapointed. I would like to suggest that,maybe next time, you use a different delivery service to avoid your customers being disappointed.
