After following the advice provided I was able to add the chosen items to my basket but then the transaction got stuck on processing payment. After leaving my contact details , the Abbott Lyon team quickly contacted me with suggestions and problem shooting advice. I was able to resolve the issue and successfully placed my order. “It has been a long time since I have recieved such transparent, friendly and helpful customer service. There was an issue with the delivery of my parcel (that was not Abbott Lyon’s fault) and they sorted the issue, kept me updated and communication was clear throughout. This is also during the Black Friday and Christmas period which I can imagine is incredibly busy. Amazing service, 10/10.”

“I mistakenly omitted to include the discount code when completing a purchase so emailed customer services asking whether it was too late. A very quick reply stated the discount had been applied and the balance would be refunded. Obviously I could have refunded the goods and purchased the item again at the discounted price but this would have been more hassle so very pleased with the response from customer services.”
