“I was so pleased with the constellation watch that I bought for my mums birthday but sadly let down by the small gift bag which the watch did not fit into! One large bag and 3 other small bags later I am now awaiting a refund”

“Such bad service and I feel scammed! Don’t bother buying from them Such bad service, I places an order over 4 weeks ago and was told it would be here for the 23rd December. I had no updates and last week I started chasing only to get automated robots telling me it will arrive in time. The item hasn’t been shipped and I’ve tried to contact them several times over the past 7 days with no response. The say they respond in 24 hours. I still have nothing, no idea as to when it will be posted or if they have even finished the order and still no response from them. This was a gift for Christmas and now I am shaping up with nothing, not even a date to say when it will arrive. Never will use them again. I was a valued customer and have purchased a lot from them but now I’m totally put off and disappointed with the bad service”

“I got the fine chain initial and birthstone necklace. I wear it everyday and do not take it off in the shower etc and it has not tarnished or looked any different. It's so unique and special. Such a gorgeous necklace.”

“Ordered a product on the 1st December and it arrived on the 16th December. Customer services were slow to reply and I had to prompt several times. When opening the product I realised the bracelet was missing and had to get back in touch with customer services. Very slow response, was offered a replacement but replied to say I wanted a refund. Yet to receive a response or a refund. Never had a problem before with this company before but it is a shame as I don’t think I will buy from them again. This experience has really tainted my view on this company.”
