“I ordered a personalised necklace for my daughter was really excited for this, it arrived a few days before Christmas .It was beautifully well packaged on arrival .however I have to be honest ,I was disappointed when I saw it - maybe it’s the style I chose . ,enamel name ,but it looks like it was bought from a seaside shop ,i know it’s not obvs real gold etc but it just looks like I could of bought it for the 3rd of the price. it’s just not the best quality at all ,the clasp looks dull the enamel is a little thinner in parts of the letters .I've spent less and got better quality costume jewellery . However my daughter loved it .i def wouldn’t buy it again .I’m sorry i really wanted to like it and this company but it looks cheap”

“A nice watch however I paid extra for two lines for it to be personalised ( engraved ) and when it arrived it wasn’t. Gutted was an understatement as it was a special Christmas present for my fiancé. I have tried to contact customer support so far just an automated response.”
