“I ordered a £90 necklace, which was apparently left on my door step. I have not revived this order and have sent numerous emails asking for a response. This was a gift for my daughter so is very upsetting with 3 days left before Christmas”

“Very disappointed as i ordered to items on 10th November, they took until 12th December to be delivered and only one arrived, so you are making it again but wont have it for Christmas, cant afford to replace it before Christmas so my daughter will miss out, was told they couldn’t make it time for Christmas but you were still advertising on tv for the 2 days after to get the personalised orders in, you said its not to late! But couldn't do mine even though it wasnt my fault, used you alot before and was happy with the service and items, but will think twice next time as I dont feel like I have been heard”

“I ordered my necklace a month ago, and still haven’t received it. About 3 weeks after ordering I was asked to send more money to pay for more shipping. NEVER has any other company asked for more money to ship. This is a fraud and i will NEVER be ordering from you again. I would appreciate either getting the product I ordered or my money back. I DEFINITELY will warn all my friends to never place an order with your company.”

“I have not received my order that was placed on the 27yh of November it was ment to be delivered on the 15th December then I was told it would be the 17th then the 18th it is now the 21st of December and I STILL have not received it try contacting yous customer service 8s shocking no help what's so ever”
