“Ordered a product on the 1st December and it arrived on the 16th December. Customer services were slow to reply and I had to prompt several times. When opening the product I realised the bracelet was missing and had to get back in touch with customer services. Very slow response, was offered a replacement but replied to say I wanted a refund. Yet to receive a response or a refund. Never had a problem before with this company before but it is a shame as I don’t think I will buy from them again. This experience has really tainted my view on this company.”

“Incredible jewellery! I am just so impressed with all of Abbott Lyon’s products! I wear my mini hanging name necklace every single day and it’s so special as it has my sons name on it - it survives showers, sweat, swimming and all sorts! I also love their earrings and find them so comfy and amazing quality! I wish I could buy the whole collection!”

“I have still not received my order and despite attempts to raise this with you cannot seem to get a response or speak to anyone. You're courier Evri has had the item since 12.12 25 and it's still not out for delivery. I have tried to contact Evri who assured me I should have it today and again nothing, so disappointed, this is a Christmas gift and I am travelling away for Christmas on Tuesday so this is urgent”
