Hi, I bought this for my daughter and she loved it until the clasp at the end where it goes to stay on part of it broke off today. She is so upset as she now cannot wear it. Can anything be done please?

Given I have seen so many ads on this brand, I’m sorry but I was very disappointed with this gift. The packaging and everything was ok but for the price, it was nothing special. Very thin and really not worth the money .

Very disappointed with the service. Extremely delayed order processing resulted in missing the recipient’s special birthday by a week (despite the order being placed several weeks in advance). Then it finally arrived without the gift box and bag I ordered to present the jewellery. This was my first order and doesn’t inspire any confidence in placing a second.

Took ages to arrive, the necklace letters don’t lie flat and you can’t even make out what initial it is it’s so small. Its not as nice as in the picture. when you open the box it looks lovely and sparkly when it’s taken out of box very dull. Won’t use again or recommend to friends

Feels very cheap I must say. Also there was one less zodiac sign than I ordered. I asked for 2 Leo symbols but only got one. Very disappointing.

My bracelet was so small i couldn't get it on I'm normal size so I have had to get it made bigger 😡

I bought a necklace and a separate initial charm as I wanted a inital necklace but one that could be added to as the recipient has just had her first baby. I was really disappointed when the charm didn’t fit the necklace I had chosen. It wasn’t clear when I was ordering. It was for my sister in laws 30th birthday. Really disappointing and stressful as I thought I had the perfect gift for her but I don’t have enough time to re-order 😞

The Stacey's Stories Charms have a small pendant loop and are only compatible with chains from her collection, I am so sorry for any disappointment this may have caused! Received my order after waiting a few weeks, looked lovely and had a lot of comments the first day i wore it realised the diamond had also fallen out the first day. Not very happy with this for the price I paid seems to be a cheap made product.

I put this charm onto a bracelet I had purchased from you, but not had very long & unfortunately, after a few weeks it had fallen off & I’d lost it! It seems that the ring on the charm mustn’t have been closed securely, as the holder was still attached to the bracelet. Now unfortunately tge bracelet has broken too, which makes me very sad, as it was a 60th birthday present to myself. I’d been looking at your jewellery for ages & my friend also has an AL bracelet, which she’s had for a long time & this made me want to buy one too. Now I’m left with nothing and a negative feeling about your company.

Pretty disappointed with the presentation of the personalised packaging. Looks like it was put together in a rush and was completely misaligned. For an extortionate £15 I would expect perfection. And this was a 60th birthday present.

The silver is not nice. Really wished I ordered gold. The silver actually looks cheap whereas the gold does not

Bracelet was very nice - service unfortunately wasn’t. I paid for next day delivery for Tuesday as it was a birthday present that I needed on the Saturday. It actually came on the Saturday too late for me to give the gift to my friend

We try to be as transparent as possible when advertising our pieces by including measurements in each product description. As your card has been customised for you, it is non-returnable - however, I do hope that we'll see you again in the future.

The ring come on time and packaged well, however, after a few days wear the 3 of the 6 stones have come out so would not buy again.

Ordered a personalised necklace and waited 2 weeks as expected for this to arrive. Unfortunately I was sent someone else’s order ( a bracelet) . I spoke to customer services who were very apologetic and offered to re order my necklace but I would then have to wait another 2 weeks. I politely declined as no guarantee that this wouldnt happen again. First time using Abbott Lyon so very disappointed

Dispatch was really quick and my orde arroved witihin a few days which was fabulous. The design of the necklace i ordered is lovely and the charms are really nice too however I have found that the rose gold finish is very dull and not a bright shiny rose gold like other jewellery I have which is a huge shame as it gives it a tarnished weathered appearance as though it's old and the shine has worn away. Doesn't appear the same as on the photos.
