The Bangle itself was lovey, I was so thrilled with it but I did notice that the catch on it was very temperamental and loose. I wore it only for one day (out for lunch) and the managed to lose it as the catch came undone šŸ˜ž Sadly I can’t afford to buy another one right now

Item was purchased as a valentine gift but did not arrive on time, when purchased delivery for the special day was offered/ suggested.

Hi Christopher, I can not apologise enough for this issue & this certainly is not the high standard we strive to maintain. We know how important it is to have clear time-scales when ordering an item, particularly when the order is a gift for someone and is time-sensitive. We do try to make the wait time for the bespoke Name Jewellery as clear as possible on the product page, but I am so sorry if this wasn't the case in this instance. How do I return my item's, I thought the necklace came wuth an engraved disk.

The bracelet came with one of the chain end missing. 4 weeks later and the other had disappeared. My daughter is worried that the bracelet will just pull through.

Poor quality, charms hung upside down, not what I expected at all especially after waiting for it to be made and paying a lot of money. Complaint was dealt with efficiently.

Doesn’t fit my wrist sadly as it’s too big even when on the smallest chain so feel that I’ve wasted my money on this item.

Not impressed considering the price. The chain looks shorter than in image. The pendant bail is so large and the chain and initial pendant are so small and delicate. This causes two issues, 1) pendant constantly gets stuck inside the bail and I have to shake the chain and knock the pendant back out. 2) The pendant immediately drops off the chain once you open the clasp - hence my pendant was lost shortly I don’t think I will be recommending to others or purchasing again.

I ordered 2 necklaces and I picked a free gift. The necklaces came and the writing on them(name) is very small. I didn't receive my free gift so emailed them. I got a message offering me a necklace. I didn't want another necklace I wanted the bracelet. I emailed back telling them I wasn't happy and heard nothing back. Very poor customer service and not happy with this. The necklaces are nice but definitely not worth the money I paid. I won't be ordering again.

The order took nearly two weeks to come I bought the pearl stud with the letter drop for my granddaughter I was surprised to see how big the pearl was in compared with the letter it does not look right The website photo is unrealistic
