The quality is not as good as it looks in the pictures. Also, it is massive and doesn’t fit my wrist. I am going to have to pay for it to be made smaller so I can wear it.

I love my Cartier style bracelet but I can’t undo it and cannot therefore put it on! I left a WhatsApp message last week but so far nobody has come back to me. Help please! Anne Goodwin

The item is lovely, however it was the wrong item. It was a gift that is needed for next week but I am still struggling to get a response from Customer Service that the correct item will be sent out and received in time.

Very small fitting. I used my everyday Pandora rings to gage the size of the ring, and still ordered one size bigger just to be safe but too small. Can’t refund due to it being bespoke so a waste of money :(

The necklace itself is lovely but the box was dirty and damaged which is a real shame as this was a gift

I’m really disappointed by the quality of this necklace. I feel the detail you get on other Abbott Lyon products isn’t the same as this necklace which was disappointing. The clasp doesn’t feel as robust as the other products, and the chain doesn’t have the AL plaque that the other jewellery I have has.

The bag it’s self was lovely however very disappointed with the personalisation. The letters were the wrong way around and the one letter was even wonky. I think for the price of the bag this is very unprofessional and shows there wasn’t a lot of care when handled. I’ve sent my current one back and waiting for the correct one to come. So disappointed for a bag that’s supposed to be such high quality for the price from over £100!! Not what I expected at all.

I’ve have ordered many many things from here spending over £100s but this item along with another I’m not completely satisfied. My name is written Jemma and to make out what it actually says it’s difficult. I feel the photos advertising this does not match what you actually get, definitely lightening and editing to play a part in making the necklace appear more bling. It’s a poor reference to what you actually get. I think this will be the last time I order from here which is sad…

The stamping for engraving is so small. Bracelet is fine good size. A lot of money for something that you need to bring close to your eyes to see.

We try to be as transparent as possible when advertising our pieces with images & videos in real-life settings, with little to no editing. As your bracelet has been custom-made for you, it is non-returnable - however, I do hope that we'll see you again in the future.

The necklace with a birthstone and initials were not properly aligned. The letters were upside down when the birthstone was facing the front and when the letters were the correct way around the birthstone was not! Very disappointed as needed it for 21st birthday present on 18th June and now the replacement will be another 12-15 days before despatch.

I love the bracelet even the length is perfect the only thing I was not sure about was the plated gold I ordered an initial charm which match the gold colour of the bracelet it looked copper gold. But I also order a number charm which looks like a plated gold but does not match the bracelet and initial . So that's the only reason why I was slightly disappointed I can not fault the items themselves they are all lovely.

I never received my bracelet in my order. I got my necklace but the bracelet was missing. This is the second time ordering from this company. I also had a problem with my first order. Missing jewellery. In my first order, I got a replacement sent. I’m still waiting for my bracelet to be sent for this order. I will not be using this company again, once I’ve received my replacement bracelet. Not a very good experience, to have jewellery missing in both separate orders doesn’t sit well with me.

The bracelet was lovely and beautiful quality but far too large for my friends wrist so she is now unable to wear it, I also tried it on my wrist as I am larger than her but it also fell off over my hand.
