“Ordered necklace for Christmas 28th November, its now 7th January and still havent received as it apparently got lost , however it took me chasing this 1 month after ordering to get another one made, which im still yet to receive. Overall very disappointing.”

We’re very sorry for the frustration and disappointment this has caused, especially as the necklace was intended as a Christmas gift. Unfortunately, the original parcel was lost in transit. A replacement has been arranged, and a partial refund issued as a gesture of goodwill. We sincerely apologise for the delays and inconvenience while we got this sorted.

“Where to start . Xmas present for wife. This is partley the delivery companys Evris fault but Abbott Lyon are also at fault. Ordered a necklass on the 12th Dec . 2 delivery attempts to my bussiness address out of hours 9pm . arranged to have it sent to a Spar shop drop off point . Never arrived (no explanation), message saying sent back to origin (Abbott Lyon) Xmas present ruined had to show a picture , very dissapointing. Expected delivery soon after new Year only for Abbott Lyon to starrt sending messages saying were preparing your order is and the following update nonsense. . Why they cant send the original that was lovingly prepared i just do not know. Anyway its 7th Jan and no sign of the necklass . What a waste of time . Might give it tho the wife for her birthday in May if it arrives.”

“First time ordering. I ordered a necklace and a bangle bracelet. Quality and packaging was exceptional absolutely love them. My only but would be that my wrist measures 7 inches im a size 12 but thick set bones. The bracelet doesn't fit that wrist. Luckily the other wrist is half inch smaller so I can just get it on. Please do bigger sizes for people with bigger wrists......”

“The jewellery was lovely but I was charged shipping despite spending enough to qualify for free shipping. Customer service has promised to refund the fee but 3 weeks and many emails later and I still haven't received it.”
