“Failed to deliver order in time for Christmas Day and then blamed the courier who'd yet to even receive it by Christmas Eve. Plagued by marketing emails as soon as my order was placed, still guaranteeing deliveries in to for Christmas. Offered numerous discount codes, none of which worked. Had to chase my order for days but was refunded my money quite quickly. A very poor first time customer experience. Won't be ordering from them again.”

“Paid for guaranteed Christmas delivery, confirmed by several customer service reps that this would arrive on time. Never arrived! Received an update that it would arrive early January, then was advised it had been delivered to address but have still not received order.. absolutely shockingly bad customer experience altogether, was extremely unhappy with service and am yet to receive the product!”

Your ai set up is a joke, your emails don't deliver and all responses even to these reviews are written by ai!
