“Ordered a personalised bangle for Christmas for my wife, when I ordered it said guaranteed delivery for Christmas. Once my order was paid for i got a confirmation of my order with estimated delivery of 28th-31st December. I contacted customer services and was told I needed to pick express delivery although it did not say this anywhere, I offered to pay for the extra postage but they wouldn't allow me to do that. I tried to cancel and reorder but as it was personalised I couldn't do that either. I only ordered from here as my wife follows Stacey Soloman and loved the jewellery. For a first time ordering it was a unpleasant experience so I wouldn't use you again.”

Once an order is placed, personalised items can’t be edited, and the Christmas guaranteed delivery option needed to be selected at checkout. We completely understand how disappointing this must have been and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience it caused.

“I ordered the sphere chain bracelet in gold, which is lovely. The bracelet arrived promptly and was beautifully packaged, ideal for gifting (this was a gift to myself!) Great price point and good quality. I have not taken the bracelet off since I bought it and would not hesitate to order from Abbott Lyon again.”

“Absolutely disgusted in the service. Firstly I still am yet to hear back from countless emails I’ve sent regarding receiving someone else’s order and now your sending me this to write a review? Money grabbers and now you have the nerve to send this. I’ll be shouting from the roof tops never to order from here! Wish I had read reviews regarding this prior to ordering. Have ordered in the past had no problems but every one seems to have the same issue with getting in touch with anyone at Abbott Lyon its radio silence!!! No communication nothing after countless tries”

“The worst service I’ve ever experienced. Will not be buying again, will not be recommending, in fact, I still haven’t received the item I ordered despite ordering it months ago! The customer service is absolutely useless, they clearly don’t have a clue what they’re doing, refuse to acknowledge their mistakes and are so hard to talk to anybody that isn’t sending an AI template.”
