“I ordered an initial bracelet for my daughter for Christmas. Unfortunately it caught on her sleeve and broke. I contacted Abbott Lyon to ask if it could be mended and received a reply to my email within the hour. I was very kindly offered an exchange or my daughter could order something else to the value of the bracelet plus postage. Excellent service. I did not expect this but will definitely reorder the bracelet and continue to use Abbott Lyon as their personalised jewellery is beautiful.”

“AVOID ordered a fingerprint pendant for Christmas and was awaiting a fingerprint kit to be sent out as that's what was on my order confirmation after weeks of waiting I contacted them only to be told that they dont send kits out anymore that it is done on an app and the fingerprint has to be sent at point of purchase I explained I wasnt aware of this and that I therefore havent including it with the order if I was to email them would they add it to my order was told no they can't do that and was nothing else they could do for me so my purchase can't be processed without a fingerprint but they cannot add the fingerprint to my order i have emailed on a number of occasions only to be ignored disgraceful”
