They were really quick to respond and quick to get me a voucher sent for the charity which we do hugely appreciate and which I think will be very popular”

“I was very disappointed with the customer service I recieved after sharing my complete disappointment at the size of the box that cost £12. The products would not fit in the box. They said sorry but that was it. The present was for my 89 year old mother. They did not try to find a resolution. Very disappointed and with that in mind I will not purchase from them again”

I was dismissed when I raised concern over the length of time it was taking and given a “guaranteed” delivery date, when my package was in fact lost the whole time.”
