“Birthday gift was delayed over a month, order lost in transit. Company sent another but upon delivery I was charged €120 customs fees. I refused to pay it. After a few emails the company eventually agreed to a full refund of the item. Very disappointing, will not order again.”

“I have received the most amazing customer service support from Abbott Lyon today. I emailed to let them know my bracelet had fallen from my wrist while I was wearing it and wondered if anyone else had experienced an issue with theirs. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to make a claim under warranty because I no longer had the bracelet. So no way of telling if the clasp was faulty. Within a few hours of my original email I was offered a gesture of goodwill that allowed me to replace the bracelet! I’m delighted because I really loved the bracelet. Thanks Abbott Lyon!”

I still placed my order despite missing out on a free item. The customer care team were absolutely incredible. They looked into the issue straight away and despite that I’d already placed my order and assumed I’d missed out they still arranged for my free item to be sent.
