“I had an issue with the courier service where I didn’t receive my order, I contacted Abbott Lyon regarding this and they were super helpful! Email responses were very quick, I was expecting replies after a few days but they responded within a few hours every time. They dealt with my problem efficiently offering me either a refund or replacement which I was very grateful for!”

“I order this for my daughter’s birthday. I spent all day trying to get someone to check for me as the bracelet I’ve received is not the same as the one on the website. There is no gold ball to change the size of the bracelet, it’s just a clip. Also the AL charm is completely different. Have been told it is now updated stock and these are the reasons for the differences. You need to update the website!”
