“A little trouble with delivery. I contacted customer care they were amazing and sorted everything out. My order arrived within a couple of days. The necklace is a gift for my daughter and it looks amazing. My daughter is very happy. Will be placing another order for myself very shortly.”

“I have received the most amazing customer service support from Abbott Lyon today. I emailed to let them know my bracelet had fallen from my wrist while I was wearing it and wondered if anyone else had experienced an issue with theirs. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to make a claim under warranty because I no longer had the bracelet. So no way of telling if the clasp was faulty. Within a few hours of my original email I was offered a gesture of goodwill that allowed me to replace the bracelet! I’m delighted because I really loved the bracelet. Thanks Abbott Lyon!”

“Absolutely love Abbott Lyon products and order when possible. Had an initial issue with an offer code this time so contacted the customer service team. I still placed my order despite missing out on a free item. The customer care team were absolutely incredible. They looked into the issue straight away and despite that I’d already placed my order and assumed I’d missed out they still arranged for my free item to be sent.
