“I have been a customer of Abbott Lyon for a few years, fab quality and finally jewellery that doesn't tarnish! My mum got me a bracelet for Christmas and unfortunately one of the gems had fallen out. 10/10 CUSTOMER SERVICE. Fast replies, quick resolution and just a lovely organisation to raise a return with, which is extremely rare these days. Thank you to your incredible customer service team for this positive outcome, speedy resolution and probably the best customer service I've had all year! Sam was incredibly lovely and I look forward to purchasing more jewellery soon!”
