“The customer service I received from Abby was absolutely brilliant! We went through step by step of what the issue was and she worked hard T with the team to resolve it, she was very professional and kind! (And the only one on the Abbott Lyon team that replied to any of my other emails, to spell my name correctly, even though it’s at the bottom of every email I sent) So, thank you, Abby! Brilliant help”

“Without being an expert on jewellery, I cannot comment on the quality. I bought it for a young relative who wanted an upgrade from the £5 quality she usually bought. While new, these necklaces and earrings didn't look very different but I would hope they will last better. Because of the visual similarity, the presentation was very important but I was horrified to have a thin, squashed, torn cardboard box delivered with a hole big enough for me to put my hand inside. Plainly the delivery company bears some responsibility but my feeling was that Abbott Lyon didn't value what was inside so now neither do I. I regret the purchase.”

“My husband bought me the most beautiful personalised bangle for my birthday. I wore it out for a meal and was devastated when I realised it was missing. Luckily, another customer had found it and returned it to me. However, my confidence in wearing it out and about had been knocked. I emailed Abbott Lyon to see if they sold a safety chain, and they replied within 20 minutes, saying they unfortunately didn’t. They asked for photos of the catch on my bracelet, which I promptly sent. To my surprise, they had kindly offered to replace the bracelet and sent me a credit note. This is the best customer service I’ve ever experienced, and I’ll definitely be making all my jewellery purchases with Abbott Lyon from now on. Thank you! X”
