“There was a problem with my order beyond Abbott Lyons control, upon contact I received above and beyond all the customer service you could wish for, their help and support was much appreciated, nothing was to much "bother" for them, they kept me informed and up to date, checking everything was good for me, their ease of contact, their understanding everything was spot on Their birthstone necklace is beyond beautiful, everything about it, the packaging, the necklace, the engraving, everything is top quality and perfect in every aspect I would not hesitate to shop here again and would totally recommend Abbott Lyon”
