“I love this Jewellery , if it wasn’t for following Stacey Solomon , I wouldn’t have heard of this company ,I’m sorry Abbott Lyon. I’ve bought a few pieces & they are so beautiful , but best of all , one of my parcels went missing & I called the customer helpline & the male person I spoke to was so helpful , understanding , great customer service , & they sent it through DPD to the parcel shop I use , thank you so much , I really appreciate the service I received , I think his name may have been Nathan or not sure , but anyway thank you so much .”

“Not good I’m afraid. The order was placed on 10 December and hasn’t arrived. There is no contact telephone number. An email was sent to the address provided and is undeliverable. In the meantime, we are c.£100 out of pocket.”

“Lost delivery - poor customer service - I had to really stay on top of emails and resorted to negative reviews to which I was blocked from Facebook page - doesn’t seem ethical that all you want is the good and block genuinely poor feedback. Shows it’s a company solely wanting to appear faultless rather than be proactive. Nothing would’ve been sorted if I hadn’t pressed for it and when the company/courier are at fault the customer should not feel any hassle or bad service. I will not shop here again based solely on this experience - lots of jewellery outlets available with equally nice if not better products. Saddens me to ever have to do a negative review but it’s an honest one”

“After my parcel was meant to be here in the 2nd of December - I ordered it 4 weeks before that for my mother’s birthday! I got in contact with customer service who I couldn’t get a reply out of ages! Was told it was lost in transport! And then turned up 3 days before Xmas and mum was out of a special present !! Just not good enough in the slightest”

“If you’re considering placing a holiday order with Abbott Lyon, here’s my advice: caveat emptor. I placed my order in November, fully expecting the company to meet its own delivery commitments—especially during the most predictable high‑volume season of the year. Instead, the experience turned into a frustrating lesson in unmet promises and customer disregard. Despite weeks of lead time, Abbott Lyon failed to deliver the order in time for the holidays, rendering the whole purchase pointless. What’s worse is the complete lack of urgency or accountability throughout the process. In a season when reliability matters most, they simply didn’t show up. Between inconsistent updates, missed timelines, and zero ownership of the delay, it’s clear this isn’t just a one-off hiccup—it’s a customer service gap wide enough to drive a sleigh through. I do not recommend Abbott Lyon. If you’re counting on them for a special date, event, or holiday, prepare yourself for disappointment. Their marketing promises shine a lot brighter than their ability to deliver. Caveat emptor, indeed.”
