“I ordered on 7th December after being promised guaranteed delivery before Christmas. The order was delayed multiple times due to quality issues, and I was given a gift card to order an alternative item that was advertised as arriving in time for Christmas. Despite selecting Christmas delivery, this order was also delayed. One parcel was never even received by DPD, I had no tracking updates, and my emails went unanswered. I was left without a Christmas present for my mum. Very disappointing service and poor communication throughout. Still yet to hear from them!”

“Wrong order sent originally. Took around 3/4 hours of emails back and forward to get sorted. Ended up receiving 2 of the same items before the one that was incorrect was fixed. Departments don’t seem to communicate with each other. Several emails asking to provide evidence I had already sent, on more than one occasion, so clearly emails are not read as a whole. The most frustrated I have ever been dealing with a company. Will not return”

“Asking for a review when I’ve still received nothing! Absolutely shocking and disgusting service, this is unfortunately my second bad experience with them after only purchasing twice from them and hoping I just had a bad experience the first time, how very wrong I was. I ordered a bracelet on December 12th for my daughter in law it was guaranteed before Christmas i think the 20th it was expected. I had an email on Monday 22nd saying it will be hear on the 29th now and to pick something else in the link I was sent as a guaranteed present for Christmas as an apology and so I could still have something to use as a Christmas gift, which wasn’t ideal and I was very disappointed but accepted it and the gesture. Again it never showed and it is now the 30th December and still nothing. Such terrible service, I am so disappointed especially as it was for Christmas and even more so that I was offered an apology gift as a guaranteed present and still no sign of that, be warned if you purchase from them how shocking there service is and more so I believe it them when they apologised and said the new gift would be here by the 24th so I would still have a gift which wasn’t ideal a relief, only for that to not come either. So very disappointed and dissatisfied with them, be mindful of this when purchasing.”

It is now the 30th of December and I contacted them on the 29th I am waiting for an email to resolve this issue but I have received an email to write a review so that shows priority of customer service very unhappy and letdown”
