“Very disappointed with this item (Charm Builder Bracelet Silver with charms) Family brought this for my daughters special birthday, and sadly the necklace tarnished, contacted customer service and they did go above and beyond and they replaced it, but sadly it's happened again. such a waste of money.”

“Horrific communication. Learned from the auto robot that my order was delayed. My order got pushed back multiple times with no communication. The online chat, and email responses are all robotic about custom orders. I order handmade all the time so im used to the lead time but what takes the mick is my cousin receiving her order when she ordered the same thing, but placed her order after mine. I love my items but I wouldnt recommend this company.”
