Terrible jewellery. I ordered a custom heart ring in gold. The band was really flimsy and began tarnishing and leaving brown/blue marks on my fingers after 1 month. I complained and in fairness they gave me a credit note. I re-purchased the exact same ring as I thought it may be a once off but the exact same thing happened again. I do not know why they advertise as heat/sweat/water resistant and non-tarnishing as this is not the case. The ring was €80.

Order went missing and zero follow up from company until I questioned where my order was and it took 3 weeks then to sort and was totally late - won't be ordering again.

Really disappointed. Whilst everything looks great. It all came as a self assembly pack. I ordered a necklace and didn’t expect I would be making it up myself. Whilst that is bad enough the actual gemstones don’t even fit. Contact customer service who were pretty useless and I just haven’t had the time to get back in touch but will definitely be returning this and doubt I will be using Abbott Lyon again.

Trying to ‘exchange’ - not ‘refund’ a chain that isn’t long enough when given to someone’s as a gift and being offered a credit meaning I need to pay another £35 to replace it - I want a swap I’m not returning part of the order that has discount I just want a replace the chain but would mean I then pay full price and loose the discount - how does that work !! BE CAREFUL BUYING if you might need to exchange

Gutted, I paid £5 for gift wrap so didn't open to check the items were in the box and when i gave the 21st gift only one of the 2 set Initial and Birthstone braclets were in the box. A bit embarrased but what's the point of paying for gift wrap for me to have to open and check what I have paid for is actually in the. box. The second bracelet is being sent out now all too late really for the gift and no mention of compensation as in free gift wrap postage etc? however never mind me but they will be certain to not let it happen to anyone else. Im pleased for everyone that will now receive what they have ordered and paid for.

I bought a gift for my partners birthday what was to small but there is a diff size I was made to send it back wait until they receive it (they still haven’t) and then I will get a credit note now my partner hasn’t got a bracelet to open on her birthday

I have not received my order despite me contacting customer service on several occasions. Very little help received all I’m told is it’s with the delivery company ! It’s been with the delivery company for well over a week. I tried to cancel my order to be told no it’s with the delivery company

Unfortunately the quality of their products is awful. I’ve had an issue with three things I ordered, two pairs of earrings and a ring. The ring and a pair of earrings lost a stud in them and the other pair of earrings have gone all discoloured. It’s a shame because they do have some nice products but I will not continue to buy products with such awful quality at that price. You would probably get better quality from Claire’s or Accessorize.

I placed an order on 23rd March and it has not been delivered as of 30th April. There is no update from the tracking number after April 2nd. I've emailed customer services and the courier multiple times and although they are friendly, they have given no help and have just said "we're sure it will arrive soon", "its customs" (customs did it, not us) and "we understand how frustrating this is" (really unhelpful in his situation) This is very disappointing as the order was a gift and the birthday has passed. Would not recommend and will not be ordering from them again.

I am waiting over a month for my order. It is a sentimental gift engraved for a friend who's Dad passed away. I wanted to give it to her before her travels but looks like it is not going to make that now. On the website it had said 14 days. Order was placed on the 28th of March, it shows scanned at LHR on the 11th of April and no update since. It is now the 29th of April. Order number #AL2610758.
