Awful. Just awful. Ordered for the first time. Ordered a necklace and a gift box and gift bag. Gift box stated large size on it, along side it came the gift bag which was mini in size and stated mini on it. Box didn’t fit in the bag. You pay £12 for a gift box and £5 for a gift bag. Contacted customer service to explain, I was reassured that I’d be sent a new gift bag, received a new gift bag, but it was another mini one. Contacted customer service again, was reassured they’d send out a new giftbag. This time I checked what size they were sending and asked for dimensions, these were okay, so I wait for the standard size gift bag to arrive, gift bag arrived - another mini one. Contacted customer service again (my 3rd time now!) and they assured me they’ve sent out a standard gift bag - so far nothing has arrived. Awful. Just awful.

I have not received my order, it was ordered last weekend ,I want to buy my daughter a ring for her 30th ,so ordered a ring sizer so not helpful it has not arrived

My last experience dealing with the team was exhausting and not sorted. I was told as my items got lost it would in total take nearly 12 weeks to delivery my order. I found the answers very machinical they had sympathy but were unable to solve my problem. I have bought numerous things from Abbott Lyon but i would be reluctant to buy anymore due to your delivery. Very disappointed at the worry your company caused me. Sheila Begg

Ordered on 28/4. Still haven’t received my order and being told I have to wait til June for new items to be made. Even when I explained the jewellery was for me and my terminally ill mum to share something special there was nothing customer service could do to help. Down £200 and still waiting. Extremely disappointed.

I’m very disappointed with the quality of the jewellery. I was pleased but after 6 months plus the gold has started to wear off. The clasp on the bangles loosen abs come undone. The small gems fell out of my ring. I’ve had over 50% of my jewellery returned

Quality of Abbott Lyon has really gone downhill. A few months ago, I ordered two rings and one had the stone fall out after about 3 weeks. The other came in a completely different color than what was advertised on the website. Then, I ordered again just a few weeks ago. I had to pay a 3rd party for customs fees. That would have been fine (if annoying), but then I got an email from Abbott Lyon saying they couldn't deliver my package, and I would need to pay the customs fees again. The customer service person couldn't even tell me if my package had ever made it into the United States. Overall, quality and service has continually decreased.

Terrible purchase, waited 3 weeks and necklace arrived with the wrong letter at the end, which made no sense. Asked for refund. Wouldn’t re order I don’t think it is value for money anyway

They didn’t disclose the extent of shipping charges and received a COD for double what the item costs. Customer service was very poor didn’t even offer me any incentive to shop again. Will definitely not be buying anything again.

Very disappointing experience. The bracelet and earrings I ordred came in damaged dirty packaging which could not be replaced. After complaining and having to send and reswend photos I was sent complimentary boxes but still had to take the items out of their correct packaging. I also oredered a personalised locket and neither of the 2 photos were centralised resulting in half a face being chopped off. I paid for wax seal which was not sent. I was promised a complimentary gift bag which never materialised. I had to send numerous emails to try and resolve the issue and had to keep resending photos. The quality and cutomer service did not match their promises.

It's nice to see so many favourable comments on there, but unfortunately, I haven't received my order. I have had emails saying it's completed the order and waiting for a carrier, and given me a date, only to receive another email saying it's going through final checks and being lovely gift wrapped and another eight days delay. I am so upset with this company.
