Order still not delivered over 3 weeks post ordering. No advice/ confirmation on the expected delivery date. Advised it’s a customs clearance issue BUT later orders delivered already.

The item was clearly lost by the courier service and the process of sending out a new item took forever and was unnecessarily delayed, meaning the item arrived over a month after ordering. No apologies or amends were made. Very disappointing.

Received the wrong bracelets. When contacted customer services and send pictures, no adequate response was received. Wasted $150 for items I didn't ordered. Asked if I can return the wrong item and no response received. Stay away.

I got my first piece from Abbott Lyon, from my husband for my birthday. It was a personalised initial clover bracelet & not even a month later one of the letters had come off. They gave me a voucher to use & I ordered 3 pieces from them. The personalised T bar pendant on the Sphere chain & also the hanging cirlce disk necklace. I’m aware personalised pieces take longer to come, so was surprised when I recieved a delivery not too long after placing the order. It was a sphere bracelet- but on the packaging label it stated “Multi circle charm necklace” This wasn’t what I ordered & also the item wasn’t even correct with the corresponding label. I contacted customer services, they apologised and said they would send out the correct item. This was a birthday gift for my daughter & I was dubious whether it would arrive in time, given it was in 2 days time. The delivery came & it is the SAME item in the SAME incorrect packaging. So disappointing as I’ve had to now spend time again contacting them to rectify a problem that has now happened twice. I even had an email confirming the item which was being sent & it is still incorrect. Highly disappointing & frustrating. Now they are telling me they are giving me store credit and to choose something else from their current collection. If that’s what I wanted, I would’ve ordered it in the first place. I would not purchase ANY items from this company again and certainly won’t be ever recommending them. Customer service is diabolical

Honestly so disappointed with the service! Order a locket for my mum for Mother’s Day I understood it wasn’t going to be here for Mother’s Day that was fine! When my parcel arrived yesterday there was no locket nor free bracelet within the package! Contacted customer service and was told I’d have to wait another 10-12 days for another one to be sent out.. received another parcel today with only the bracelet in.. the communication is so poor and customer service only offered me a 10% refund of my order.. honestly disgusted my first time ordering with Abbott Lyon and I won’t be ordering again!

The bracelet come and lost it in one day as the catch on it was so poor,I would never buy from Abbott Lyon again as this was the third bracelet all being different that have broken 😡

The only impressive thing about my order was the packaging. I felt the jewellery was extremely overpriced for brass! The return process was a bit cumbersome but I managed in the end. I’m annoyed at being charged for delivery and then a separate charge for the return postage, most reputable companies cover the return charges once you pay for the delivery. Wont be shopping here again.

I placed my order on 1/26/25 and they have yet to locate my order or what happened with it. I have not been refunded and lost on giving my mother her gift for her bday. This company sucks and I will never trust it again. Buyers be aware that your order will get lost and they will not refund you the money back! Never again!

Ordered a custom print necklace. The ordeal to get this ordered was absolutely awful. The customer service team are useless and just added stress to what was supposed to be a cherished peace. They quote 2-3 weeks to have this done and delivered it’s now been a month and I still have no update from the company as to when to expect my order. Avoid at all costs and go elsewhere for any personalised jewellery!!!!

I ordered a necklace and it never arrived I’m now disputing this with PayPal for a full refund I won’t be ordering again

Vert disappointed. I ordered 3 items, I received 1 item & have received negative feedback on the missing 2 items. I now have to complete a non recipt disclaimer form. I need answers on missing items asap

I have not received my item still waiting!!! No response over 48 hours not happy with the customer service at all. This was for a present for Friday and looks like I won’t be receiving it at all. Will not be using this company again!!
