“Customer service is terrible, never get the same person twice and just copy and paste email replies. Order never arrived and it has taken 2 weeks of me chasing them to get a refund...I would avoid ordering off this company at all costs, I'm sorry I ever took a chance on them....lesson learned.”

“Sorry to say I'm extremely disappointed with the quality of the jewellery I bought from your site. It's advertised as non-tarnishing but nothing could be further from the truth. I bought the Stacey Solomon designed 'Doodle Heart' ring and earrings for my daughters birthday on the 10th April this year and much as we both loved the design, less than 2 weeks later, the ring is tarnished and turned her finger green! So disappointing.”

“I am very disappointed with the service I have received. I purchased jewelry at Christmas and was assured that they would arrive on time - they didn’t. I gave the company the benefit of the doubt and ordered jewelry for my nieces birthday on the 15/4/25 and my sisters birthday on the 27/4/25. They have not arrived. I contacted the company and apologized but I still don’t know where my jewelry is. It seems that once it’s dispatched it’s not there problem. I was offered a 10% refund which I don’t want, I just want my order!!!!!!!!! Very dissatisfied customer!!”

“Not worth the price. The necklaces broke & lost their colour within weeks. The M/L bangle is only big enough for a child. There is a ridiculous amount of packaging. But the products themselves are no better than supermarket jewellery. Don’t waste your money!”
