“Never received my order. 😢 I was so looking forward to this. It got caught up in customs and had to pay $78 to get out of customs and still never got it.”

“I had a very disappointing experience. I purchased a watch that turned out to be defective (the clasp pops open constantly on its own). I thought the company was kind to offer me a store credit. I worried another watch may have the same issue so I bought two bracelets instead. There were endless issues having the bracelets delivered. One was sent back and I was charged customs fees 3x because these are coming from China, not the UK. Ultimately I’m so disappointed in this cheaply made jewelry. There is no explanation for why silver PLATED jewelry costs this much, especially when it malfunctions (my bracelets look like they cost $20, so cheap). I’d have been happier with a refund for my faulty watch.”

“An influencer recommended Abbott Lyon, I checked the website and loved the designs. I ordered a watch and bracelet, then I was surprised that I need to pay more than what I paid for customs . I keep emailing the company to return and refund, they didn’t give a full refund. So be careful you will be paying a lot more than you expected . I ordered before from UK brands never charged that much by customs??? So Is it really sent from the UK or from a different country?”

“I’m afraid to say I was very dissatisfied with the ordering process. I placed an order for a special 16th birthday gift in plenty of time with the 2-4 working day delivery. The items were not dispatched for 8 days (6 working days later) and arrived after my granddaughters birthday. No phone line to raise concern only 24hr chat which wasted more time and even though they knew I needed the item by end of May - they sent via carrier on Friday 30 May with 2 day delivery ☹️”

“I ordered the Essence Two Tone 23 watch for my wife for her birthday and it came with the brand name spelt incorrectly on the face of the watch just above the dial. It spelt 'BBOT LYON'. I've since contacted the customer service team, now a week into an email chain, and they're refusing to send out a replacement. The products are clearly cheap rubbish, with no quality control. The customer service team and slow and completely unhelpful. This is one customer who won't be returning and would advise others to find an alternative company. You'll get better quality buying a fake Rolex from Turkey, it will even have the name spelt correctly.”

“If I could give this less than one star I would. I ordered this necklace back in November to get a fingerprint of my baby and her birthstone. I was so excited. They sent a free fingerprint kit that didn’t work. I went through two more fingerprint kits after that still didn’t work. I ordered another one… And they told me I owed $10 customs charge for a free fingerprint kit that likely wouldn’t work I have since canceled my order and I’m waiting for a refund. I am so disappointed and think that everyone should know how shoddy these business practices are. I already paid full price for a necklace that I didn’t receive and now they want me to pay customs on each free fingerprint kit to try to get this necklace that I’ve already paid for do your business elsewhere… Look on Etsy there are lots of vendors making fingerprint necklaces that I don’t believe you’ll have these issues with.”
