“Customer service has been exceptional. Had an issue with an order which was promptly resolved . Also had jewellery bought for me in the wrong size and customer service couldn’t have been quicker to resolve and offer a refund so I was able to purchase the correct size . Any time I’ve had dealings with customer service they have went above and beyond. So quick , friendly and customer focused .”
