“I was so pleased with the bracelet I got for my granddaughter, that when I decided to treat myself to some earrings, I went straight to Abbott Lyon. The earrings arrived very soon after ordering and are exactly what I was looking for. Yet again, I am very happy with my purchase and no doubt will be purchasing again from Abbott Lyon.”

“My parcel was left in the rain by the delivery person and with no notification so it got soaking wet. Contacted Abbott Lyon originally on live chat and then got transferred to a live agent Thankfully the bracelet was okay but a new presentation box is on its way to me which is great as the gift is a much waited for 30th birthday present. “I have found Abbott Lyon after sales customer service to be excellent. I recently purchased some jewellery for my wife's special birthday. Unfortunately it didn't arrive, and I was getting nowhere with the courier so I contacted CS to ask for there assistance. They immediately got onto my query, and when they found that it had been lost, they quickly rectified the situation and sent me out replacement items. This was over a weekend so I wasn't hopeful about getting the products until well into the next week but by Monday the items were delivered!. Super impressed, and so was my wife so thank you.”
