“I bought the charm necklace with 5 charms,it's a beautiful piece of jewellery. It was ordered on the 26th November but Evri lost it(supposedly)so it did not arrived till start of the new year.”

“First time ordering from this company and I ordered a watch on 27th December. Despite reaching out 3 times I have yet to be told where my order is, only that it is out for delivery with Evri. Well its been out for delivery for 8 days and Evri don't seem to know either.”

I've got my eye on a few more things too. Highly recommend. Always some good deals and discounts. Would recommend ordering with plenty of time for Christmas based on other reviews but for me ordering in January I received my watch within a few days”

There was a slight processing issue during the Christmas period but the company was proactive with rectifying the problem and the customer service team were so professional and efficient - will definitely be ordering from this company again :)”

“The worst customer service experience I’ve ever encountered with any company. Ordered something on the 15th of December, doing so under the impression that it would arrive before Christmas as the huge purple banner on the website said. Long story short, customer services more or less completely failed to acknowledge this and said it would arrive on the 31st. Which again the website stated the latest delivery should have been the 24th of December. Item didn’t actually arrive until the 3rd of January, absolutely devastated and disgusting behaviour by customer services to outright ignore and lie about what their website stated in the first place. I would never have made the order if I wasn’t under the impression it would arrive before Christmas as it was a gift from my 7 week old Son to his Mother for their first Christmas together”

“Lovely items as always. Just slightly disappointed with the delivery. I ordered a personalised item (for a gift) on 7th December 2025. Delivery was expected by 22nd December. I spoke to customer service who assured me it would arrive before Christmas but unfortunately it did not. It didn't arrive until a few days after Christmas in the end which was disappointing when it was a Christmas gift.”
