“I can only say the customer service is outstanding. I had an issue with delivery which was down to the courier, Evri. Evri had lost the item. I emailed Abbott Lyon that my order had not been received and they immediately got back to me within a day or so. They advised they would send a replacement (and in fairness to Evri it was delivered this time), Unfortunately it was not the item I ordered. I again emailed Abbott Lyon and a further replacement was sent and I received it today. The watch is just gorgeous, a beautiful item and my daughter is delighted. Abbott Lyon also advised that there was no need to send the wrong item back to them, which to me is a lovely gesture...thank you. I will order again for sure, the price of the watch was reasonable, the watch itself is just beautiful. I would not hesitate to order from Abbot Lyon again and will recommend to friends and family for sure. The service they provided was first class and they were an absolute pleasure to deal with.”

“The customer service for this company is appalling. Your 'AI chat' is infuriating - it gave me wrong information and then just cuts you off. You then wait 2 days for a human to respond only for them to be worse than the chat and their response not even being an answer to your problem. So then when you respond they will then wait another 2 days to respond - if you're lucky! Would never use this company again.”

I was given a voucher for the full amount but no compensation intact the response I received where below par stating I had been given the total amount to reorder. No gesture or anything for the inconvenience over the Christmas period”

“Order placed Nov the 30th, On the screen prior to ordering product it states 'takes up to 15 days to make' or something similar. Purchased and then was given an expected delivery date of 30th Dec..... Contacted customer services and was told rest assured this will arrive well in time for Xmas. Xmas was fast approaching so I used live chat which then assured me no later than the 23rd. I then emailed customer services to double check and they confirmed this. On the 22nd I received an email saying unfortunately it won't arrive and will revert to 30th December, as originally told when purchasing. Shortly after this I was told that this date was incorrect, and infact it would be despatched on this date so should arrive 3rd Jan. To be fair I was given a 75 gift voucher and my purchase finally arrived. Disappointing overall, but the goods were delivered.”
