“the item was lovely, arrived fast and efficiently however -1 star only due to poor packaging overall and also the engraved personalised item was half out almost from the package and not even wrapped properly, could've been easily misplaced.”

“The watch looks really lovely but I expected the engraved bar to be attached. Unfortunately it is not clear how to put it on the watch. The accompanying bracelet is really nice.”

“The leopard print bag is super cute but extremely small. I will use it on holiday but it feels more like a child’s bag. I would have preferred a slightly larger size. Service and delivery from Abbott Lyon however is excellent.”

“The product was beautifully packed and looked amazing, I was just a little disappointed there was glue or some sort of sticky stuff on the clasp of my bag. However, I don’t think this would stop me ordering again, just took some time to clean off.”
