“After my handbags being lost in transit for a week, i emailed them and they had my bags remade and sent out the following day. Bags came in great quality and couldn’t be happier that i didn’t ask for a refund. Only complain i have is that i think they should change courier. Other than that i 100% would order again.”

“Not too sure what to think, I ordered the watch set with two straps and an engraved link, but the link doesn’t fit over the black watch strap out of the set, so not to happy about that, I ordered a handbag for my fiancée with the embossing and the embossing wasn’t very good at all, but of a shame really as the quality of everything looks good but just let down by the personalisation side, not sure I would purchase anything from here again, my partner has contacted you about the embossing of the handbag, so will have to wait and see how you handle that before I would purchase anything again”
