“Received my Rose Gold Abbott Lyon watch in excellent Time, the watch came in a lovely box all protected and a tool to alter the wrist strap tightness. The watch looks absolutely beautiful especially for the price and the bracelet to the watch is lovely quality but I personally think the case of the face of the watch is a little plastic looking but what do you expect from a low priced watch! Ideal for holidays and casual wear! Probably would only buy another watch if in the sale”

“I’ve just bought the rose gold Kensington strap and a ring. Both are beautiful and it was simple to swap the strap on my watch. I would give 5 stars however I had to purchase a replacement strap due to my original suede one looking horrible after just 1 wear - it picks up everything around it even if you think you’re keeping it away from dirt etc. When I complained they said you need to put protector On at least once a week so don’t buy the suede straps unless you’re willing to spend a lot of time on maintenance.”

“This is the second purchase I have made with AL... unfortunately my second purchase didn't go as well....after speaking to two customer advisers I was no further forward..on my 3rd call I was answered by a gentleman called David, I was in the process of cancelling my order until David reassured me he would deal with the matter, and he did just that..what an asset to the company he is....after listening to my moans he got down to reassuring me where my parcel was and that he would deal with it....he also called me the following morning to give me an update and I received my purchase today...Thank you so much David, Abbott Lyon are lucky to have you ! What a professional and it was down to him that I will not give up on the company and would purchase again....He should be promoted !”

“The bracelets I ordered were really nice and I loved the colour! I ordered these as graduation gifts and so I personalised them by engraving their names on. Although the bracelets were really nice, I am a little disappointed with the engraving as you can hardly see it unless you look at it really close. Not really sure if it was worth the additional £10.00 I paid to get it engraved. Other than that, loved the bracelet and the colours and have recommended to friends.”
