“First time bought a watch from this company and received great service! Easy to buy, received it on time, and looked great! However the watch stopped working after a week and I wrote an email asking what to do and they replied a day after which was helpful. In the end the watch fixed itself some how and still works great! Overall good service and would definitely recommend!”

“I ordered the watch! Which was really beautiful, however, I also ordered an engraved bar to go with the watch , not only did it not come with the engraved bar, I emailed customer service for a refund because he watch was a present which I gave on the day so I couldn’t wait any longer for the engraved bar. To my surprise... no reply”

“Really happy with the bag and watch I purchased but I got engraving for the watch and it's pointless as you can hardly see it, it has to be in a certain light so in my opinion a waste of £10. Great quality everything else”

“I bought my wife a watch as a Christmas present. I placed the order only a few days before Christmas but as promised the watch arrived in time and my wife loved it. My only criticism was that when ordering the watch on-line I was given the option to buy a gift bag for £5. I thought it was a little expensive but what the hell...it's Christmas. When the watch arrived it was already in a gift bag along with another gift bag so I spent £5 for a spare bag! If the website made it clear that all gifts come with a gift bag then I wouldn't have ordered another one. Still...pleased with the watch all the same.”

“I love the watches, I was bought one as a gift last Xmas, which I absolutely loved! Unfortunately the clasp wasn’t great and it undone a number of times. Unfortunately this happened and I ended up losing the watch. But as I loved it so much I replaced in the Black Friday sales! 🙌🏻Would love if they did a different metal strap.”

“This is a fabulous company to deal with. Myself and my mum have ordered a total of six watches from them, and admittedly two of them had faulty straps (these were both mesh straps). I was disappointed at the time but contacting them via email was a breeze and I always received responses. Shipping was always fast and within their stated time scales. My refunds for the faulty items were always processed and received quickly. In another case, I was sent a discount code that failed to apply properly at checkout but I didn't notice until the payment had gone through and I realised I'd paid full price. I contacted them and advised of this and they processed me a partial refund equal to the discount amount within a couple of days. I honestly can't fault them for customer service so I'm not sure why some are rating them so poorly on this front. So far I've acquired four of their watches and all of them are beautiful. Unfortunately it's become a bit of an addiction and I'm already eyeing up my next purchase!”

“Amazing service and beautiful watch and bracelet. Great present. One small issue is the engraving isn’t very noticeable on the bracelet. It looked much bigger and deeper on the picture but very small and light on the real thing. Not really an issue but have to look quite closely at it to see it - but brilliant product and the sales were great!”
