I did not receive what I paid for. This is the fourth attempt of me trying any way I can to get hold of someone. Please can you respond to one of the emails I’ve sent about not receiving the charm on my necklace.

Customer service is shocking ordered a necklace which has come on the wrong chain. Its for my daughters 21st birthday. I've been trying to get this corrected and tried on various platforms for the last 2 weeks to contact them. THe only contact available was email no live chat has ever been up and when trying on other platforms it says contact via email! Talk about go around in circles Would not buy again as I can't seeing being resolved in time . Very disappointed

Was gifted a gold ring with my initial on for my graduation, after wearing it for an hour it turned my finger bright green. Was sent a replacement ring but the incorrect ring was sent, tried to get hold of customer service though WhatsApp and live chat but no response whenever I tried. Vey disappointed with the customer service received.

Still haven’t received this item. Really disappointed in the lack of customer service. This was part of my daughters birthday. Was sent on the 8th of august. Her birthday was the 19th. Todays the 28th and I still haven’t received this item. Customer support 0stars I wouldn’t recommend using this company.

Bracelet arrived faulty and missing chosen bespoke charms. Had paid extra for this. Contacted AL multiple times but their customer support is hard to get hold of and basically non existent and have done nothing to fix this or reimburse me. Totally unacceptable especially when item is faulty etc. said two weeks for delivery of bespoke items - but was closer to 3 and again no one to speak to at customer service.

Extremely Poor Customer Service and Delivery Experience My experience has been quite frustrating. Their customer service is almost non-existent, taking 1-2 weeks to respond to emails and then repeatedly asking for verification. I ordered jewelry which hasn't arrived even after 4 weeks, and the customer support's responses have been unhelpful. They claimed to be checking with the courier, but two weeks later, there's still no update. Despite calling themselves a luxury jewelry brand, the service feels cheap. At this point, I'm unsure if I'll ever receive my order.

A lot of the same complaints no customer service skills I got a lovely necklace with initial on I ordered and paid for the gift box as well 3weeks after necklace arrived still no gift box I've tried 7 times with emails and getting told we will reply in 5days absolutely disgusting service over a £10 box !!!!!

Disgusted with the customer service provider from your company. I order a necklace with initials on it and somehow missed one from my order which was placed at 8:30pm. I then contacted at 10pm when I noticed the mistake via email and your watsap service only to receive a response on the Tuesday to say it can’t be amended when ordered I then received a message on the Thursday saying my prefer had just been accepted and being worked on this is 5 days since the original order. Will never order again

Received 10 days watch ticked for about 5 seconds then completely stopped, emailed straight away then sent a further 3 email, contacted on Facebook and Instagram and still no reply, so disappointed

No item received, been waiting for a replacement braclet for a couple of months, sent the wrong item and then get an email asking about a delivery that hasn’t tuned up! Very poor service!
