My first order and I didn’t even receive the letter j also paid extra for the extra length which I didn’t need m, wasn’t too bothered just upset I didn’t get it full order in time for my holiday and just a sorry no offer of anything else will not be ordering again

Extremely disappointing, I purchased three of the "love bangles" The first two opened were faulty didn't manage to open the third, sadly this was a birthday gift for a family member. Will sadly not be recommending. Still no word on how to return them...............

NOTHING is hassle free about this company. I order TWO bangles two weeks ago. Only ONE bangle arrived. They were for a birthday gift that has come and gone and I am STILL trying to either obtain a refund on the second bangle or indeed another bangle!!! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I AM CURRENTLY OUT OF POCKET BY £60!!

They have sent me my braclet without the charm I paid for . I have been trying to get this issue solved for over 3 weeks and still nothing has been sorted . There custom service is the worse I’ve ever experienced and I defiantly won’t be coming back

I have ordered a clover bracelet personalised with my name on it for my Mrs however it has not even been a month and my Mrs wears the bracelet only sometimes and the letters have come off ? Not the quality promised for the price that is paid

Really I feel I shouldn’t Evan been giving a review unfortunately iv payed out still do not have the product this was over months and half ago , occasion has now sadly been and gone so I have had to pay out again for another presant . It’s taken emails upon emails to get matter sorted was so looking forward to seeing family members face , it’s showing as delivered but picture is not my house feel very let down by the whole experience

Very disappointed with this item Lettering bad and when complained extremely bad customer service. First email they agreed to replace it. 2nd email said they wouldn’t replace it as the lettering would be the same, and the item was faulty 3rd email from them refused replacement or refund and told me it was meant to look like that. I would not recommend buying from them the customer service is awful.

Initially found the experience of ordering through Abbott Lyon good. Received my order but had to re-order another item due to it being the wrong size. Since then I’ve not received a refund and it’s now going into a month since I’ve had any contact. I’ve sent my confirmation of collection and the company have received the returned item but no refund has been received. Poor service and wouldn’t recommend.

I ordered a personalized purses for my… I ordered a personalized purses for my friends birthday which is on Friday. The delivery was supposed to arrive today, however, it did not. The tracking number I was provided is incorrect as I’ve tried it on both DHL and USPS. I’ve emailed them, but the numerous reviews I’ve seen leads me to believe I won’t be getting a response in a timely manner. I am greatly disappointed as I know my friend would’ve loved her personalized gift and right now I’m all out of options.

About all that went right was me placing the order through the website and paying money. From there it was a complete mess from late delivery, to delivery being rejected by their own collection point, and then trying to cancel the order. Not being able to speak to anyone and having to email numerous times only to get replies 4 or 5 days later just isn't what you expect customer service levels to be.

Waited three weeks for delivery. Delivery has apparently been made but I have not had a card through door or my parcels. Contacted both abbot Lyon and evri and neither have been able to resolve this and I am down a lot of money I’m so angry about this
