Absolutely awful took ages to Come sent the wrong items two things not right then ignored all my emails? Such bad customer service if you order from them they won’t get back in contact to refund you or amend anything so your left with the wrong items and no refund or money back..: awful

Customer service absolutely shocking, my items had gone missing but the money had gone out my bank 3 weeks to get any reply from emails, wats app, Instagram, fb etc every way possible I tried contacting them with no luck 4 and half weeks of money out my bank and no items they r finally issuing a refund which will take up to 10 days to go in my bank. I would never buy from the company again which is a shame as jewellery is amazing but just due to the stress and lack of service support worst company I have ever brought from when there has been an issue

Delivery times are a joke. Ordered over 2 weeks ago with delivery stated as 3-5 working days. Item still not arrived. Wouldn’t order from this company again.

If I could leave no stars I would I ordered a 3 clover necklace and a bracelet. The clover necklace arrived, The bracelet did not (and still has not) For the price paid, the necklace is absolutely shocking quality, proper cheap tat. I've had fair nicer for a fraction of the price from Etsy! I requested return information and was told I could not return 'personalised'. I pointed out putting 3 plain clovers onto a necklace is not personalised but apparently it is classed as custom as I choose between 1 and 5 clovers!!! Had I known this con I would not have ordered! If it had my name on or similar I would totally understand - they can easily remove the clovers and re-sell! Now I am engaged in a conversation with a sarcastic customer 'service' person who is beyond unhelpful, sarcastic and really is in the wrong job avoiding questions as to where the rest of my order is but I am to 'have a nice day!' Absolutely shocking service. Avoid this Company at all costs!!!

Do not purchase from this company!! I purchased a gold plated heart bangle to find when it arrived the hearts had 7 crystal stones missing, A replacement was sent out again this time after only 2 days of use 5 crystal stones fell out and the bangle kept coming undone, I have been offered another one of there products but I do not want one so asked kindly for a refund and a return label so I can return this poor quality faulty bangle, Now atfer 6 emails no one is replying! So buyers please beware I will never buy from here again, they sell low quality items made to look good!

Didn’t receive this charm and extender chain was different colour to necklace.Not impressed was for my daughters birthday. Awful customer service has taken 2 weeks and still no resolution.

Paid for next day delivery, unfortunately we missed the first attempted delivery due to an urgent vet visit. No further attempts have been made for delivery in the last 10 days and no communication from Evri or Abbott Lyon.

Can’t review the necklace as it did not arrive but I would give 0 to your customer service if I could. Not had any resolution to the issue. Ordered 28th July and still not received it.

the Jewellery all arrived and was perfect. however, the gift extras of the gif bag and stamp did not arrive even though order status says fulfilled. I have tried to contact customer service and there has been no reply and there has been many days since the order. I am very dissatisfied with this

Terrible customer service, tried to return an item apparently its engraved with a single letter, which can be reused, but they say it's personalised, if it was a full name I would understand, but not the letter A. So no I don't recommend
