Hi I have order 2 bracelets but have only received one. Please can you let me know when I am going to receive the second one

I purchased a chain and gift bag that I paid extra for on 27.07.23 for a birthday gift on 23.08.23, but did not receive the gift bag. Very poor customer service as still waiting on a response as to whether I'm going to get the gift bag posted out or not. Tried a live chat a few times but never available.

Absolutely no customer service. Recieved order with charm missing and no response to emails. Automatic responses from all other platforms and no contact telephone number. Basically once they have money they don't care.

I ordered a custom name bracelet as a graduation gift. The website outlined that it would be delivered within 12-15 days as it is custom made. I received it in 19 days and when the bracelet arrived it was missing the birthstone that I specified to be added to personalise it and add some colour to the bracelet. I had read good reviews but based on my experience I feel that if something is being hand made and takes that added time to make sure it’s right, you would expect to receive it as it was ordered.

Ordered bracelet on 23 July 23, still not arrived 29days and counting. Contacted by email 3 times get the same automated reply just signed by a different person, live chat never available…. Absolutely disgusting service !!! A Mickey Mouse company !!! Don’t buy from them !!!

Unfortunately the necklace doesn’t sit well at all. It sits the wrong way up . You can only see the metal underneath and not the front . Just no point in this necklace at all. All that money on personalising and you can’t even see it

The 1st Necklace was incorrect and the second never arrived. Customer service inconclusive the second time round. No one seems concerned that I have not received the necklace for my daughter who has recently lost her baby girl . It had the name of her baby . Fighting losing battle with Evri . Won’t be ordering or recommending this company

I placed an order in July as a birthday gift for a friend's birthday in August. The item has yet to be dispatched despite delivery stating a maximum of 11 days. I have contacted the company several times and still have not received an update from them. Terrible customer service!!! Avoid at all costs!

Order two necklaces that have been delivered to the wrong address, even though my address was correctly stated on shipment details. I understand courier issue but the Communication is unsatisfactory from Customer services Abbott Lyon.

I am still waiting for the order I placed which had had 5 clear working days to be processed & shipped yet is still showing as being assembled, I have emailed as there is no phone number to contact them direct & received a reply saying they'll respond within 5 days. this isn't good enough. had i ordered something no one had before id u derstand the delay. does one silver necklace with one pearl charm with the initial m really take that long? I ordered this for my daughters birthday which has been & gone & I STILL have no idea when to expect this.

It was a bracelet I'd bought as a special memory for my dog passing. The bracelet arrived unable to adjust the length of it so it was too big. The dangly bit (unnecessary) broke off immediately. The bracelet then fell off my wrist/broke without me realising so I lost it. I complained and never heard back.

I cannot comment on the item I bought as I am on week 4 of waiting for my delivery. It has been stuck at Evri hub since 8th august, so I was told it had been lost in transit and a new bracelet is going to take 2-3 weeks to be made/delivered. It’s a shame that a notoriously bad courier service has let them down as many parcels including mine will be presents for people.
