We’re truly sorry for the disappointment this caused, especially as it was meant to be a Christmas gift. Unfortunately, the original order was lost in transit. A replacement was sent as quickly as possible and has since been delivered, but we completely understand that this doesn’t make up for the timing and the stress it caused. Please accept our sincere apologies for the experience, and thank you for giving us another chance despite the circumstances.

“Unfortunately my item was delayed so didn't arrive before Christmas but I was given a £75 voucher for the delay which enabled me to get the Mrs a bag that arrived in 2 days so was very happy. My item arrived on the 2nd of January so better late than never Mrs loves it. Excellent customer service.”
