“I'm not sure what to write as havnt reveived watch yet, but I was disappointed that the offers for add ons only lasted 24 hours and if you missed that window they couldnt change it to suit what you wanted. otherwise customer service come back very quickly, which is good.”

“I ordered the floating heart necklaces for my daughters for Christmas one in gold and one in silver . The gold one is perfect but the silver sphere chain looks tarnished it’s very dark and the catch is very hard to open and close . I have sent multiple videos and photos but abbot Lyon have concluded there is nothing wrong with it !!!!very disappointed as all that needed done is the chain needed replaced ! Shocking customer service very disappointed !! Had this not been a Christmas present then I’d be sending the whole order back !!! I certainly won’t be buying from them again !!!!id be giving zero stars if it was an option !!! I have also tried to add photos to this review but un surprisingly the system won’t allow me to !”
