“I ordered a few items from Abbott Lyon! One order was received very quickly and the second order was not received within the time scale expected! Abbott Lyon looked into this and they resolved the issue very quickly and kept me up to date! Delivery will be received in time for Christmas! Thanks to their amazing customer service department!”

“Stunning piece of jewellery! I ordered the chunky chain locket piece with my birthstone on the front. Inside, I added a photo of my children and a personalised message. It took a while to arrive because of the personalisation but I was kept up to date with emails about its progress. It arrived and it's stunning!!! Really eye-catching and i am always getting asked about it when I wear it.”
