“I placed my order on the 31st of March which was a Saturday and with Monday being the bank holiday I totally understood that shipment would be delayed. I didn't hear anything on Tuesday but spoke to someone via your live chat on Wednesday where I was ensured that my order would leave that day and I should receive confirmation of shipment. On Thursday I still didn't have the confirmation so contacted you again and I was told the order would leave today. It was my friends birthday on Friday but sadly I didn't have a present as my order didn't arrive until Saturday (I wasn't in so missed delivery) and wasn't able to pick it up until Monday this week. I understand you were busy over Easter but I was a little disappointed due to wrong information which was communicated. Got the bracelet now and it looks beautiful.”

“The watch itself is absolutely beautiful. Suits my skin tone, comes in a box of the velvet cushion and fit me perfectly. I love it so much I’ve not taken it off. The only downside was the late delivery. I was advised 2-3 working days and it arrived on the 4th day...only irritating because I was waiting for it because I wanted it so badly!”
