“I have had no problems with all my purchases from you. They’ve always been greatly received by my friends and family who which they were for. “After the birth of my daughter, I went on Google to search for a company that made jewellery to survive water, sleep etc so I could feel a bit more myself postpartum. I started with one ring, then ended up making orders for 5 more products, before the first ring arrived! Have received all but one product, even customised items, and all are absolutely gorgeous.. all pieces to be cherished for years to come. Had one slight delay on an item understandably due to the Christmas period, and they handled it beautifully and communicated throughout. Thanks so much for such gorgeous momentos!”

“I ordered these earrings as they said 18k gold plated and stainlessless steal inside. i'm allergic to nickle and if thats what these earrings were made of then tney would of been fine but soon as i put these on i started having an allergic reaction. “I love buying there personalised jewelry and the stacy Solomon watch is lush very special gifts I have spent a lot of money with these guys i have 4 girls in my life and they all love it.very personal gifts. We thought we had a problem and they were amazing great contact after sales service. I just gave 5 pieces today Xmas day. I ddnt check them all and 1 heart birth stone pendant hasn't been ingraved. Gutted. But I understand mistakes happen and especially how busy they are Xmas. I have just emailed them with proof asking them to send me the ingraved pendant i payed for and to send me a free return envelope so I can send back the plane one once I received the right one. And im hoping they don't hesitate and replace it soon as they are back in work. I have high hopes as a returning valid customer who spends a lot with them. I have another ingraved bracelet in the basket ready to buy soon as I receive the one I ordered.”
