“I love buying there personalised jewelry and the stacy Solomon watch is lush very special gifts I have spent a lot of money with these guys i have 4 girls in my life and they all love it.very personal gifts. We thought we had a problem and they were amazing great contact after sales service. I just gave 5 pieces today Xmas day. I ddnt check them all and 1 heart birth stone pendant hasn't been ingraved. Gutted. But I understand mistakes happen and especially how busy they are Xmas. I have just emailed them with proof asking them to send me the ingraved pendant i payed for and to send me a free return envelope so I can send back the plane one once I received the right one. And im hoping they don't hesitate and replace it soon as they are back in work. I have high hopes as a returning valid customer who spends a lot with them. I have another ingraved bracelet in the basket ready to buy soon as I receive the one I ordered.”

“Left waiting for updates that never came. The product itself was very nice but the communication from the company was terrible. Was given a delivery date for the product to arrive and it did not. No communication from the company and when I then checked, they could not give me an update. A month after purchasing and a couple of days before xmas the product arrived. There definitely needs to be a change in how the company communicates with individuals who have purchased foods.”
